A word on impersonators
If someone messages you first claiming to be P77 support and offers to recover a loss, boost a balance or unlock a withdrawal for a fee, it is a scam. Real support does not open conversations that way, does not ask for OTPs and never requests a payment to release your own money. Block, report and carry on.

Never, under any circumstances. Neither we nor the partner operator will ask for your password, your OTP, your UPI PIN or remote access to your phone. Anyone who does is trying to take your account, regardless of what name or logo they are using. Do not send those details to anyone, including in a message to us.
